    • TechConnect assists with the coordination and scheduling of all involved organizations.
    • TechConnect records all technical documentation and information.
    • TechConnect will help with the initial account setup, deployment, and provide some initial training. 

Ordering directly from the provider: 

    • Your organization must be aware of the agreements, contracts, and future support that vendors may (or may not) include in the quote.
    • Your organization will work with multiple and random Sales Reps, pending on how many vendors are contacted.
    • Your organization must coordinate everything and schedule with all the involved organizations.
    • Your organization must record all technical information.
    • Your organization must work with the provider's Customer Service for initial account setup.

Future Support

Once the order is finished you may:

  • Continue work with the provider directly for future tech support or contact TechConnect as well (hourly rates may apply).
  • Consider a TechConnect "Managed Service Plan" to regularly monitor & update your technology and resolve issues.
